Broward County commissioners are set to vote on a pair of large proposed developments during their next meeting on Tuesday.

Forman Industrial Land has requested zoning approval for College Crossings Two planned between Davie Road and Florida’s Turnpike south of I-595, South Florida Business Journal reported. The company wants to develop more than 425,000 square feet of commercial space, a 20,000-square-foot bank branch and a 124-room hotel on nearly 153 acres. Veteran developer Miles Austin Forman is behind Forman Industrial.

Commissioners also are expected to address Holman Automotive’s application to build a 100,000-square-foot dealership in Fort Lauderdale. Holman’s proposal also includes 120,000 square feet of auto storage space at the 5.7-acre site at 2627 South Andrews Avenue. [South Florida Business Journal]Eric Kalis
