Active listings for housing inventory in the South Florida region rose last week to 41,837, according to weekly data from Condo Vultures.

For the seven-day period ending Monday, pending sales jumped from 20,551 to 20,856 week-over-week. Over the past four weeks, pending sales have steadily risen.

South Florida — including Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties — saw 41,394 active listings during the week ending Feb. 10. — Eric Kalis
