Braman delays proposal for new Jupiter building

Auto mogul Norman Braman delayed his company’s application to develop a new Braman BMW building in Jupiter.

Company representatives postponed the request until January after being told the current proposal does not comply with the town code, the Palm Beach Post reported. Braman Motorcars wants to raze the existing 16,000-square-foot building and develop a new 18,000-square-foot facility on the Indiantown Road property. The site, which was previously operated as Jupiter Dodge, is located across from The Home Depot.
