Boca Raton’s largest home currently listed at nearly $13M

To help spark buyer interest, the owner of Boca Raton’s largest home is offering an unusual add-on — a $500,000 Rolls Royce Phantom.

The car is part of a nearly $13 million listing for the 16,000-square-foot house, WPTV reported. Located on a waterfront property, the seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom home includes a personal gym, movie theater and two kitchens.

Boca Raton broker Senada Adzem, the listing agent, cited South Florida’s housing woes over the last half-decade as the reason a sale has not yet closed. The broker noted several potential buyers have recently shown interest in the home and car. A sale could be imminent. [WPTV] — Eric Kalis
