Basketball icon Larry Bird is asking $4.8 million for his winter home in the Park Shore section of Naples.
He and his wife Dinah bought the house at 308 Neapolitan Way for $875,000 in 1998. Three years later, they had it leveled and rebuilt. The 9,530-square-foot property features a 10-seat theater, a four-car garage and a 500-gallon salt water fish tank.
