A trio of veteran South Florida real estate brokers teamed up to form Real Miami Commercial Real Estate, the South Florida Business Journal reported.

Isabel Fine, Danny Zelonker and Stephen Rigl have each been active in the South Florida market for more than 25 years, working with banks, insurance companies and high net worth people, the Journal said.

“We formed the firm because we were involved in several deals together in 2012 and realized that together we would be a formidable team,” Zelonker said in a statement.

Collectively, they closed more than $80 million in transactions in 2012, according to the newspaper.

The principals have represented clients such as Macy’s, Church of Scientology, MDM Development, U.S. Century Bank, Traveler’s Insurance Company, Florida Community Bank and Aetna Realty.

From offices at 1450 Madruga Avenue in Coral Gables, the company is focused on helping clients acquire “off market” properties. [SFBJ]Emily Schmall
