Toronto-based Avison Young was chosen as the exclusive property manager of Sawgrass Distribution Center, a 131,800-square-foot, three-building portfolio in Sunrise, according to a release.
In just six months, Avison Young has doubled its total square footage under management in Florida to 7.1 million square feet.
The Sawgrass Distribution Center is located at the intersection of I-75, I-595, the Sawgrass Expressway and 136th Avenue, minutes from the Florida Turnpike. The buildings boast dock high and ground level overhead doors as well as 24-foot clear ceilings, according to the release. –Emily Schmall
