Palm Beach real estate broker Pamela Gottfried resolved a foreclosure case by refinancing her lakefront home that is currently on the market for about $20 million.

The case was dismissed last week after Gottfried obtained a $9.2 million mortgage for the 748 Hi-Mount Road estate, Palm Beach Daily News reported. Titan Capital ID provided the loan. Gottfried originally faced foreclosure on an $8.1 million mortgage from Miami-based Lion Financial.

Gottfried, a broker at Douglas Elliman’s Palm Beach office, put the 26,160-square-foot home on the market several years ago. She recently reduced the asking price from nearly $23 million. The six-bedroom estate was built in 1985 by Gottfried’s late husband, developer Robert Gottfried. [Palm Beach Daily News]Eric Kalis
