New York-based real estate development firms Property Markets Group and JDS Development joined forces to host an event last week showing off the new Echo Brickell sales center at 1451 Brickell Avenue in Miami.
Guests toured the sales center – which contained various sculptures from artist Helidon Xhixha – and drank cocktails at the private event Thursday. Carlos Ott, one of the guests, is serving as conceptual designer for the 180-unit, 60-story condominium development. Sales officially launched in May, but the building is not expected to fully open until 2017, as previously reported.
The land was last sold in 2008 for $22 million. At 750 feet, the property is on pace to be the tallest residential building in Miami.
