Ram Realty Services is constructing a 208-unit apartment building in Boca Raton.

The Palm Beach Gardens-based company hopes to complete the Mark at CityScape by early 2015, the Sun-Sentinel reported. The 12-story building is under construction at the southeast corner of Federal Highway and Palmetto Park Road. Plans include 18,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.

Monthly rents at the Mark range from $1,400 for select 1-bedroom apartments to $2,900 for certain 3-bedroom units.

Ram started converting a former Southern Bell headquarters building into the 85-unit Alexander Lofts in downtown West Palm Beach last November. The company recently hired artist Tristan Eaton to create a mural honoring Alexander Graham Bell at the 6-story building. [Sun-Sentinel]Eric Kalis
