Construction of a new industrial building is underway at the Flagler Station business park in Miami.

Fort Lauderdale-based Miller Construction has started initial site work on a 252,000-square-foot facility being built primarily for Starboard Cruise Services, according to a company announcement. The company recently completed the 172,000-square-foot Building 31 at the business park.

The latest facility, Building 34, is located at 9290 Northwest 112th Avenue. Starboard, an onboard retailer, has preleased 87 percent of the building for its main distribution center. Miller plans to build out the company’s interior space in addition to the facility’s structural shell.
