Miami Heat assistant coach Juwan Howard has purchased a Coral Gables home for $3.4 million.
Howard, who won two consecutive championships with the Heat before retiring after last season, bought a 5,409-square-foot home on Old Cutler Lane last month, South Florida Business Journal reported. Marianne Brandon sold the residence to Howard’s JAH Revocable Trust.
The former University of Michigan star sold a 3.5-acre property in the Gables Estates neighborhood for more than $10 million in June 2013. [South Florida Business Journal] — Eric Kalis
