Shane Battier
Miami Heat forward Shane Battier has sold his Coconut Grove house for $1.7 million.
Battier had purchased the 4,300-square-foot home in the Bonita Park section of the Grove shortly after he signed with the Heat in 2011, Gossip Extra reported. He paid about $1.6 million at the time.
The buyer of the home is Credit Suisse executive Tiani Hausen.
Battier made The Real Deal‘s list of South Florida’s most notable celebrity transactions of 2013, but for a different deal. He paid $3.2 million for a Coral Gables home near the 15th hole of the Riviera Country Club in July. [Gossip Extra] — Eric Kalis
