Law firm signs new downtown Miami office lease

Shutts & Bowen has signed a lease to move its downtown Miami office to Southeast Financial Center.


The law firm agreed to a 15-year lease for nearly 70,000 square feet at the 200 South Biscayne Boulevard tower, South Florida Business Journal reported. It is set to occupy three floors at Southeast Financial starting in November 2015.


Shutts has operated in Miami since 1910. It has nearly 100 of its 250 attorneys in the Miami office. The firm is currently across the street from Southeast Financial at the Miami Center, where it occupies about 69,000 square feet. [South Florida Business Journal]Eric Kalis
