A Boynton Beach charter school property has traded for $16.4 million, The Real Deal has learned.
The Imagine School — Chancellor Campus at 3333 High Ridge Road changed hands on Friday, according to Palm Beach County records. The county recorded the transaction on Monday.
Charter PB Boynton of Aventura is the seller. The company is managed by MG3 Fund and ESJ Capital Partners. WDDW Resources of Boynton Beach is the buyer.
No financing was recorded.
The 51,023-square-foot school was built in 2010 on the 4.2-acre parcel. — Eric Kalis
