Hyde Midtown rendering
The Related Group’s Jorge Perez has unveiled a rendering for the Arquitectonica-designed Hyde Midtown tower in Miami.
The 31-story, 372-foot-tall building, considered a companion to SLS Hotel in South Beach, will have 440 units – 400 condo units and 40 hotel rooms. There will also be 21,745 square feet of retail space and a 526-spot parking garage, exMiami reported.
