Developer Hyperion Group has proposed a new condominium tower in Edgewater, set to be called Mbay.
Arquitectonica was tapped to design what would be a 39-story building between Northeast 26th Street and Northeast 26th Terrace. Hyperion will build 129 units, the maximum number allowed on the 0.85-acre property.
Plans also call for 205 parking spaces on six floors, according to a report from ExMiami.
The developer, which is behind the Blue and Marina Blue condo towers in Miami, bought the land last year for $9.9 million. [ExMiami] – Mark Maurer
