The historic Miami-Dade County home built for Anheuser-Busch beer magnate Clarence M. Busch has listed for $8.9 million, an additional price chop from its $12 million asking price in July, Curbed reported.

The seven-bedroom house at 142 Palm Avenue on Palm Island has been “structurally updated,” but still contains original touches such as white awnings over the windows and hand-painting bluebirds on the walls of the dining room. It also features an office, pool, gym, guest house, terrace, rose garden, dock and three studios, the listing said.

The 7,455-square-foot waterfront mansion hit the market in July 2010 for $12 million, which dropped to $9.875 million in September 2010, as previously reported. Nora Walz of One Sotheby’s International Realty had the listing in 2010 and now. [Curbed]Mark Maurer
