Golf pro lists Delray Beach property for $25M

Australian golf pro Greg Norman has listed a 7.5-acre property with an as-yet unbuilt palatial home in Delray Beach for $25 million, according to the Golf Channel.

Norman, also known as The Shark, purchased the property, which backs up onto Boca Delray Golf & Country Club, in 2007 for $7 million, according to the channel’s web site.

In 2007, Norman listed a Jupiter Island mansion for $65 million, or roughly $61 million more than he paid for it in 1991.

The Delray Beach mansion-to-be will reportedly feature seven bedrooms, 19 bathrooms, 28,945 square feet of livable space, a 10-car garage, bridged entry towers and water views. [Golf Channel]Emily Schmall
