Continuum unit sells for $3.15 million

100 South Point Drive, Miami Beach

A unit at the Continuum in South Beach closed five days after going on the market as investors race to snatch up shrinking inventory.

The 1,860-square-foot apartment sold for $3.15 million, or $1,684 per square foot, a seven percent dip from the original $3.4 million ask, broker Thomas Marrazza of Investco Realty told The Real Deal.

The seller, Apart Invest 2006 Inc., purchased the unit in 2008 for $1.74 million, according to Miami-Dade County records. Marazza declined to identify the buyer aside from as an American. — Emily Schmall
