Blue Diamond condo in Miami Beach and Kris Humphries
Kim Kardashian ex Kris Humphries has sold his Miami Beach condo for about $1.7 million, The Real Deal has learned.
The Boston Celtics forward made a profit of nearly $700,000 in the Feb. 17 sale of a penthouse unit at the Blue Diamond building, according to Miami-Dade County records. Humphries paid $990,000 for the 4779 Collins Avenue condo in December 2007. Miami-Dade County recorded the sale Tuesday.
Matthew Quan of New York is the buyer. He did not obtain financing for the purchase.
The two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo totals 1,560 square feet. Blue Diamond was completed in 2000.
Humphries has played in the National Basketball Association since 2004. He is best known for his short-lived marriage to reality TV star Kardashian. The couple filed for divorce in 2011 and reached a settlement last spring. — Eric Kalis
