GL Homes to launch Seven Bridges sales

Prolific builder GL Homes is ready to launch sales at new development Seven Bridges near Delray Beach.

GL is hosting a sales event at its the Bridges community on March 8, the Sun-Sentinel reported. A 691-home project, the Bridges is directly across from the Seven Bridges site, which is located on Lyons Road between Clint Moore Road and Atlantic Avenue.

Plans for Seven Bridges include 742 residences. GL has not announced prices yet, but they are expected to be similar to the Bridges. Homes at the Bridges range from about $600,000 to $2 million. [Sun-Sentinel] — Eric Kalis
