SoFla active listings exceed 40K for the week

Active listings for housing inventory in the South Florida region rose last week to 40,097, according to weekly data from Condo Vultures.

For the seven-day period ending yesterday, pending sales dropped to 19,449 from 19,766 week-over-week. Over the past four weeks, pending sales have steadily declined.

South Florida — including Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties — saw 39,470 active listings during the week ending Jan. 13. — Mark Maurer
