Jailed Miami Beach entrepreneur Claudio Osorio raised a small amount of the restitution he owes to fraud victims through the $1.2 million sale of his Aventura condominium, The Real Deal has learned.

Osorio, who owes $20 million in restitution as part of his 12.5-year prison sentence on fraud charges, and his wife Amarilis sold a unit at the Peninsula complex on Jan. 16, according to Miami-Dade County records. The transaction was recorded on Tuesday.

Stephen and Diane Wander are the buyers of the 3201 Northeast 183rd Street unit.

Built in 2003, the 3,620-square-foot condo has four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

The Osorio’s paid about $924,000 for the unit in July 2012.
