A 10-story residential building could be developed next to luxury auto dealership The Collection in Coral Gables.
Shoma Homes has filed plans with the city for a 270-unit residential project at the 250 Bird Road property, exMiami reported. The Collection dealership is known for its variety of Aston Martins, Ferraris, Maseratis and other high-end cars.
