Starchitect Zaha Hadid has listed a two-bedroom and adjacent studio at the W Hotel & Residences South Beach for $5.7 million, Curbed reported, citing an unnamed source.
Unit 728, a southeast corner two-bedroom, and unit 730, an oceanfront studio, can be sold separately or together, according to the listing. Unit 728 was purchased in August 2010 for $2 million by an LLC registered to Nigel Calvert, an attorney in London, public records show.
